Comedy Sketches Every Week on YouTube

Every week, new sketch comedy videos are shared on the YouTube channel for the enjoyment of the internet.

Think of it as a long running sketch show that never ends, like if your Auntie Janet hosted Saturday Night Live.

Try it before you subscribe, obviously.

Why sketch comedy? What is the actual point in you?

Remember Friday night comedy on British TV? As soon as all the soap operas were out of the way, from about 8pm to the small hours of Saturday morning, with a little bit of channel hopping you’d be treated to hours of comedy shows.

British comedy, American comedy, sitcoms, chat shows, sketch comedy series and this amazing new thing from The America called ‘animation.’ It was brilliant.

The only reason I post new sketches every week is this. It’s nice to think someone is getting a laugh every Friday night in 2022 because of my nonsense.

Imagine Chris Rock, Mark Heap, Nick Kroll, David Cross, Matt Lucas, Harry Enfield and Charlie Higson all had a baby, then sold it for cheap on Wish. That's basically what you're getting.

What kind of sketch comedy are we talking about? Are you any good?

A lot of people say that everything these days is rubbish.

Some people say the days of Monty Python’s Flying Circus were better. Some people say the Not the Nine O’Clock News days were better. My Uncle Steve still has Little Britain on DVD. At University, I spent 48 straight hours watching Robot Chicken in tears.

All of these statements are correct. I love sketch shows. Amazing sketch shows, average sketch shows and awful sketch shows are being created all the time.

I don’t care which category I fall into; I’m just happy making fun of stuff by writing weird stuff and performing said stuff.

Subscribers will get new original content every week. Sketches about British life, pop culture, stories about celebrities, recurring sketch series and possibly some recurring characters. I’m essentially emptying the contents of my head into any streaming services that will have me.

Why should I get my comedy sketches from you? I’ve got a mate who does them cheaper.

I’ve actually been making comedy sketches on and off since 2012. From early 2012 to about 2019 I worked for various radio stations and podcasts around the world, as a presenter, producer, writer, marketing exec and ad writer. I was even a bus driver on one occasion. (They aren’t hard to drive at all. Give it a go, they’re legally obliged to let you.)

The stations with lackluster quality control actually let me put some of my sketch ideas on the air.

I believe the quote was "not as good as Saturday Night Live, Not the Nine O'clock News, Brass Eye or any of them really."

Today i’m a voice actor, specialising mostly in audiobooks and animation. I still host podcasts and events on occasion and every now and again, you’ll see me pop up on comedy shows, podcasts, YouTube channels and streaming services.

The comedy sketches that went viral

Although I am active on social media I’m not particularly good at it, although I did go viral a few times.

For those of you who aren’t cool or famous enough to go viral, I can tell you first hand; it’s awful. My phone kept going off all the time, and my goodness, there are some strange people on the internet. Mostly lovely, but mate…

The following video went viral on social media and is therefore perfect in every way.

When Voice Actors Get the Script Wrong

I’m convinced. I think I love you. Where is the comedy sketch show thing?

Subscribe to the YouTube channel for new videos every week. I’m also active on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook. Follow me for all the latest news, my fascinating creative process behind closed doors and the occasional pointless discussion, like whether chorizo belongs in a continental breakfast.
